One of our latest projects in “Website Design & Development” involves the new General Hospital of Chalkida. It’s one of the most significant projects that we happily completed successfully on time and helped in the smooth operation of the web services of the Hospital.
We are responsible for the complete Branding of the new Hospital, from logo design to website development. Our primary goal was to modernize the identity of the General Hospital of Chalkida, using minimal lines and color combinations that represent the style of a hospital.
– The story behind our logo:
The choice of this logo was made after the approval of the Hospital’s Director, Mr. Hatzimargaritis, and essentially includes two of the most important elements we wanted to emphasize.
The design depicts mainly a cross, a trademark of the medical sector. At the same time, it represents the bridge of Chalkida and the phenomenon of crazy waters. The two curves of the logo look like waves. According to the phenomenon of crazy waters in the Evian Gulf, water flow goes half the day in one direction. In contrast, the other goes in the opposite one.
– Website Design & Development:
In the designing process of the new website, we maintained the whole corporate identity of the new Hospital. We chose a color palette of blue, light pale blue, and white.
The general layout of the home page is designed in such a way as to make it easier for the user to navigate. Searching for important information, booking hospital appointments via e-appointments, looking for doctors’ landlines, etc., is accessible through the navigational menu.
Finally, we have made the necessary connections with the public platforms of “DIAVGIA” and “PROMITHEAS”. Those two services are remarkably useful and are used to display a feed of announcements on the Hospital’s website and give immediate access to suppliers to the platform, respectively.
